Our Stewards
Good people. Great work. An even greater cause.
True stewardship is protecting and preserving something worth caring for. A significant cause. A shared camaraderie. A strong community. And sports access for all children.
Fueled by our dynamic members, fostered by volunteers and partners, and funded by sponsors and community support, the Tucson Conquistadores stewardship has lasted over 60 years.
Guided by camaraderie, leadership, and service, we work to open doors for young athletes, create opportunities for those with special needs, and build a stronger, more connected community. The work we do goes well beyond golf tournaments and giving back — it’s about transforming passion into purpose and tradition into lasting impact with a focus on the kids who need it most.
But to ensure our efforts continue and that participation in sports remains available to all - we need your support.
Over 60 years ago, our founder Roy P. Drachman created a vision for his community by establishing a unique charitable organization focused on providing life-changing opportunities to local youth through participation in athletics.
In 2004, we established the Tucson Conquistadores Foundation with the goal of building an endowment to further our impact and fuel our important mission for future generations. Below are the incredible stewards and supporters of our Founder's vision - those who have left a lasting legacy through contributions and charitable giving.
