The Tucson Conquistadores Charity Car Raffle has fueled opportunities for young athletes throughout Southern Arizona. What began as a community fundraiser has become a beloved local tradition—raising millions and driving meaningful impact for youth programs year after year.

How the Raffle Works
Whether you’re a nonprofit, youth sports team, or community group, you are eligible to participate and raise funds that can directly benefit your organization by registering selling raffle tickets or helping spread the word.

Suggested donation for raffle ticket is $10.00. Entrants must be 21 years of age or older and reside in Arizona. Winners need not be present in order to win prizes. No substitution or transfer of prizes allowed. Read all the rules by clicking below.

How do we order raffle tickets?
All charities – returning and new- are required to fill out registration form and submit to tricia@tucsonconquistadores.com.
How do we receive the tickets to sell?
Please complete and submit registration form and you will be notified when tickets are ready for pick up at the Tucson Conquistadores office on Tuesday or Thursday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM located at 3320 N Campbell Ave Suite 200, Tucson, AZ 85719 (Campbell/Ft. Lowell)
Why should we participate?
EARN ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION! You will receive $7 back for every $10 ticket sold. EXAMPLE: 100 tickets requested, 80 SOLD: return 80 ticket stubs, $800 AND 20 unsold tickets…you receive 70% of $800 = $560 Plus, the organization that sells the winning car raffle ticket will receive a $500 bonus.
What are the raffle prizes?
The vehicle chosen for the raffle is a 2025 Trax RS MSRP $27,000. $500 cash prize raffles will be held monthly prior to the car raffle. Be sure to turn in your sold ticket stubs early to ensure your supporters have multiple opportunities to win. Raffle Drawing schedule (tickets must be dropped off 1 day prior to the cash drawing dates): ▪ December 5, 2024 (Cash) ▪ January 2, 2025 (Cash) ▪ February 6, 2025 (Cash) ▪ March 6, 2025 (Cash) ▪ April 3, 2025 (Cash) ▪ May 31, 2025 (Car Only)
When are tickets/money due back?
Sell early and sell often! Please return sold/unsold ticket stubs and money to the Tucson Conquistadores to be included in our on-going raffle of $500 cash prizes. The winners for the cash prize will also be included in the car raffle, therefore having a chance to win multiple times! Deadline to return sold and unsold tickets and money is Monday, May 26, 2025 at the Conquistadores office. No charge for returned unsold tickets; however LOST/UNRETURNED tickets are your responsibility – you will be charged/deducted $10.00 per ticket that is not returned.
What form of payment is accepted?
We prefer one check. If you collect multiple checks and cash, please deposit into your account, and write one check to the Tucson Conquistadores, if possible.
When do we receive our check for 70% of our tickets sold?
Approximately two weeks after money is turned in to Conquistadores office. If payment due is less than $1,000, we can mail it, if amount is over $1,000, we prefer in-person pick up.
When/Where is the Drawing date?
$500 Cash Prize drawings: December 5th, January 2nd, February 6th , March 6th , and April 3rd Grand Prize Car Drawing: Saturday, May 31, 2025 @ O’Rielly Chevrolet
Does the winner need to be present at the drawing in order to win?
Nope! If the winner is not present, the winner will be called at the live drawing to inform them of the exciting news.
What if our group sells the winning Car Raffle ticket?
Organization that sells the winning car raffle ticket will receive $500 bonus, please identify your organization on the ticket stub before submitting to the Tucson Conquistadores offices.
What are the odds of winning the Car Raffle?
Chances of winning are determined by the number of tickets sold and distributed, but not to exceed 50,000 tickets.
Will we be notified of the Car Raffle Winner?
The name of the winner may be obtained after May 31st by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to 2024/25 Charity Raffle, 3320 N Campbell Ave Ste 200, Tucson, AZ 85719, or by calling 520-571-0400. The winner will be notified by phone number listed on ticket at the tournament live drawing.
Does the purchase of raffle tickets qualify as a tax-deductible charitable contribution?
The purchase of raffle tickets is not considered a gift and does not qualify as a tax-deductible charitable contribution.
